Sprongo

Team Duluth subscribes to Sprongo. Team Duluth has posted more than 10,000 athlete videos. Video are taken by coaches or trained volunteers of athletes during training sessions and races, these videos are posted at Sprongo.com. These videos should be studied by athletes to help them better understand their technique and work with coaches to make changes for improvement.

CDC Headsup Concussion Training

This course will help you: Understand a concussion and the potential consequences of this injury, Recognize concussion signs and symptoms and how to respond, Learn about steps for returning to activity (play and school) after a concussion, and Focus on prevention and preparedness to help keep athletes safe season-to-season.

Ski Tuning/Waxing "Hot-To" Videos

Ski Shops that support Team Duluth run annual Ski Tuning & Waxing clinics, we encourage you to attend to learn these important techniques. The videos are intended to give you an idea how to tune skis and the equipment you will need. Team Duluth coaches will be able to answer your questions or parents who have been in the Team Duluth program for a long time.

NJRS - Northland Junior Race Series

The Northland Junior Race Series (NJRS) brings together 5-18 year old club racers on Sunday afternoons from January through March, ending with the NJRS Championship race. ANY member of Team Duluth may participate, including Team Duluth Holiday Camp athletes. These races are held at a variety of locations in conjunction with other ski clubs from Mont du Lac, Ski Gull (Brainerd, MN), Lutsen and Giants Ridge.

USSA Central Division Region 1

USSA Central Division 1 is the region that team Duluth is located in and holds events where Team Duluth athletes compete at USSA races.

USSA Central Division

The USSA Central Division is one of the two divisions within Rocky/Central Region, one of the three USSA regions established under the authority of the USSA Alpine Sport Committee (ASC). The Central Division is responsible for the regulation of the sport of Alpine Ski Competition within the geographical area of the Central United States. It encompasses Region I, Region II, Region III and Region IV.

USSA - United States Ski and Snowboard Association

The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) is the national governing body of Olympic skiing and snowboarding. It is the parent organization of the U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing. Developed to facilitate participation in national and international competition, the Olympic sports organization provides structure for competitive skiing and snowboarding. From grassroots programs to governance of sport, management of rules, competitions and athletic rankings, the USSA oversees athletic pipelines for development in the sports. With a vision to make the USA the best in the world in Olympic skiing and snowboarding, the USSA provides leadership and direction for tens of thousands of young skiers and snowboarders who share an Olympic dream while maintaining a strong adherence to core values. The USSA, established in 1905, operates out of the national training and education facility, the Center of Excellence, in Park City, UT.
